  • When will I receive my order?
Domestic shipping time is between 7 and 14 business days. Often less, but can take longer depending on external factors.
International shipping time is between 15 and 30 business days. Please read our shipping policy here.

Returns and refunds are offered within 14 days after the confirmed delivery date. Please read our full return policy here.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
  • How do I make a return?

  • Are exchanges allowed?

As of right now, we are not currently accepting exchanges.

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

Please contact us so that we can make this better for you! Although we cannot control what happens with the shipping carrier, we will work with you.

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?

Contact us with pictures of the item within 48 hours of receiving it and we will send you another piece at no extra cost. You just have to send us the defective item. We will cover shipping.

  • Why did I receive two different tracking numbers?

That is 100% normal. Sometimes products are shipped from different warehouses at different times to get it to you sooner.

  • My order contains different products and I only received one. Why?

As mentioned up there, sometimes products are shipped from different warehouses at different times to get it to you sooner. Don't worry! You will receive your amazing products! Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.
